Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities are executed through our four stage QA process which includes checkpoints at critical times in the development of each deliverable product.
- In-Process Review (IPR): The first two steps are internal to the product team. Midway in the task accomplishment, the Program Manager/Project Director conducts the IPR. He or she reviews the task with the Program manager to ensure that task performance is of high quality, that deliverables are on schedule and within cost, an that efforts are within the scope and direction of the Statement of work.
- The PM Review: The Project director and Program Manager conduct a second review 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery date. The Program manager assesses the requirements, consistency with the report format, and technical merit. At this and all subsequent levels of the QA process, a formal oral and/or written feedback system becomes operative.
- QA Staff review: Following the Program Management Review is an external QA Staff Review conducted by senior professionals normally assigned to other tasks. This review ensures that it meets KR Systems, Inc.’s standards and is suitable for distribution within the professional community.
- Final Review: This is conducted by the PM to ensure that all of the QA Checks have been completed and that necessary changes have been properly accomplished.
